United Trades is looking for a full-time, experienced HVAC Lead Installer. The successful candidate will be able to read blueprints, coordinate and stage equipment and materials for daily work, and work independently while communicating effectively with customers. In the fast-paced work environment of the HVAC industry, candidates must be able to meet strict deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail. The ability to adapt to and learn new technology is considered an asset.

Please note that this position requires a valid Ontario Driver's license and an abstract provided by candidates. These checks must be satisfactory for an employment opportunity to be extended unconditionally.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate must have:

  1. At least 3-5 years' Lead HVAC Installer experience.
  2. Familiarity with both Residential and Commercial HVAC industries.
  3. Minimum Gas Technician "G2" License.
  4. ODP license.
  5. Valid driver's license.
  6. Knowledge of/experience with blueprint reading, boiler systems, residential/commercial ductwork, rooftop units, economizers, makeup air units, furnaces, air conditioners, radiant tube heaters, heat pumps, air handlers, and hydronic systems.
  7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word).
  8. Availability to work late hours and weekends if needed.
  9. Personal tools.

Base salary negotiable depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
