MPA is proud to partner alongside a private firm dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families. In this role, you will provide home-based, evidence-based intervention services to children with Autism and other special needs.
This opportunity allows you to choose when, how much, and where you work with clients available across the GTA for daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments in clients' homes using standardized assessment tools.
- Develop treatment plans and set SMART goals in collaboration with families.
- Provide evidence-based interventions.
- Actively engage in client and family coaching.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Adhere to COTO Code of Ethics and best practice guidelines in your work with families.

Qualifications:

Desirable:
- Previous experience providing home-based services.
