Pay Rate -$90k - $140k/annually

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise conceptual renderings, artwork, and graphic materials, as well as design intent specifications for the entire design team, establishing project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure deliverables meet expected deadlines, goals, and objectives, reviewing efforts against budget and aligning hours with estimates.
  • Organize, coordinate, and document internal and external design discussions, including meeting minutes, while collaborating with the design team on conceptual renderings, artwork, and graphic materials.
  • Direct multiple projects from a project health perspective, contributing to overall project success, coordinating with senior management on larger projects, and managing personal workload effectively.
  • Provide expertise to project directors, principal creatives, account managers, and partners, aiding in project development.
  • Review staff timesheets for accuracy and adherence to project budgets, developing project budgets and schedules.
  • Define project requirements, including staffing, budgeting, timing, and expectations, in collaboration with the project team.
  • Develop design strategies, supporting documents, and presentations aligned with project directives.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and management to allocate team resources, delegate tasks, and manage deliverables.
  • Assume complete ownership and accountability for assigned projects.
  • Act as a motivated, detail-oriented project leader, balancing overarching goals with day-to-day activities.
  • Establish project management deliverables and processes, including schedules, project plans, client management strategies, and communication plans.
  • Foster a design-centric culture within project teams and promote enthusiasm within the design office.
  • Cultivate effective working partnerships by meeting and communicating with clients and suppliers.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met by the internal team.
  • Receive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to evaluate project management efforts, including timelines, resource utilization, stakeholder satisfaction, and overall project success

Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience overseeing and delivering projects in the realms of planning, design, construction, and commissioning, with a preference for handling complex, large-scale, and multi-disciplinary projects requiring cross-discipline coordination.
  • Proven experience in the architectural engineering construction, and graphic design industries.
  • Proven project management skills and experience, showcasing the ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects under pressure, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Professional demeanor with a comfortable approach to representing corporate and project interests during engagements with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and industry colleagues.
  • Capability to delegate and monitor concurrent tasks while efficiently managing available resources.
  • Independent, proactive individual with a keen interest in learning about new products and systems.
  • Possessing a resilient disposition, with a natural inclination for action and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
