Overview: We are seeking Textile Lab Analyst who has experience in the textile technology sector, working within laboratories of textile processing industries, chemical companies, and testing institutes. Their focus is on conducting and evaluating textile tests, as well as engaging in product development initiatives. They also oversee production processes to maintain high-quality standards.What You'll Do:
• Perform thorough inspections of incoming materials and products.
• Assess the characteristics and potential applications of textile products.
• Execute tests on textiles, dyes, chemicals, and auxiliary materials, including water and sewage analysis.
• Formulate and analyze chemical compositions and their impacts.
• Enhance existing products and processes through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate on the development and evaluation of new textile innovations.
• Interpret results and prepare comprehensive test reports and certificates.
• Supervise production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Address and resolve queries and complaints from stakeholders.
• Ensure the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Adhere to relevant environmental, safety, and health regulations in all activities.
What You Bring:
• Chemistry Degree or Chemical Laboratory Technician Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in manufacturing operations in a QA Laboratory environment.
• Previous training in safe handling of chemicals.
• Strong organization skills, accurate record keeping and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong time management, and communication skills.
• MUST HAVE expereince working in the textile industry
