This is not a risk analyst role as there are no risk assessments performed. More on the operational side and requires following up, monitoring, looking at reports, conducting analysis, follow-ups, outreach, heavy on communications. Need to have high engagement, sense of urgency, self-starters and fast learners


Daily Responsibilities:


Risk Management & Compliance activities

Business Analysis & Reporting

Initiative/Project Management

• Drive key projects and integration initiatives through superior prioritization and organizational skills.

• Communicate and lead change management activities to supports the rollout of enterprise policies and standards, processes, and tools.

• Identify and recommend the need for change and efficiencies within the Functions supplier management program and integration initiatives.

• Lead with integrity and empathy while providing practical advice, considering regulatory and business objectives. This could include addressing business queries on supplier risk management, supplier relationship management and third-party risk program activities.

• Develop relationships across Functions and other Business Platforms, including procurement, supplier management offices and centers of governance.

• Support supplier governance and oversight activities throughout the third-party lifecycle and help identify and drive efficiencies and improvements across the supplier base.


What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?

• Archer – Supplier Risk Management Application (SRMA)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel – pivots, vlookup, formulas, power query

• Tableau – reporting and portfolio Analytics

• Ivalua – procurement system for source to contract (supplier and contracts repository for third party)

• MS Office skills – Word, Outlook,PowerPoint

• Keen eye for details and ability to dive deep and research for information.


Must-have Skills/Experiences:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role with significant experience in execution of Third party supplier management frameworks and methodologies

• 3+ Years Business Analysis (process, workflow, requirements). Ability to deal with ambiguous inputs/user requirements and able to question, interpret, investigate, define the ambiguity and obtain answers.

• Practical knowledge and experience in supplier risk management highly preferred (3+ years of experience in Supplier Risk/Risk Management (Risk and Governance practices, Frameworks and methodologies, Supplier management life cycle))

• Experience in planning and change management. Ability to react to changing demands on an ad hoc basis and to perform under time constraints.

• Strong relationship management and team-oriented approach. Ability to build loyalty and trust by proactively anticipating needs/resolving issues

• Maturity level and skill/judgement to be able to deal effectively with senior managers

• Formidable and proven critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of flexibility and resourcefulness.


•Business Administration degree (BComm / MBA) and/or management consulting experience.


• Strong communication & relationship management skills with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.


Nice-to-have Skills/Experience:

• University degree in Business or similar discipline

• Working knowledge Ivalua

• Third Party Risk Management

• Understanding of systems development lifecycle, including software models (cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, MS Power BI).

• Familiarity with the financial services/banking

• Ability to read contract and commercial purchase language.
