Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Support Ticket Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT support tickets related to ERP applications, including intake, dispatching, delivery, and quality assurance.
  • System Delivery Management: Manage and set realistic expectations for system delivery timelines and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize ERP development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Standardize the development processes to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Quality and Performance Management: Monitor and manage the quality and performance of application developers' work, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Team Development: Lead the growth and development of the ERP development team by enhancing skills, standardizing processes, and improving workflow. This includes mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Help the team with technical challenges and produce solutions. Work in collaboration with the enterprise architect, IT PM, and other DevOps Managers to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A master's degree or relevant certifications in DevOps, project management, or related areas is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a developer role with strong knowledge of .NET frameworks and related technologies.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, ideally within a DevOps environment.
  • 3+ years of ERP experience and knowledge

Software:

ERP (ideally Epicor), Jira/Confluence, Visual Studio (C#), SQL Server

Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, focusing on skill development and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with various stakeholders.
  • Expertise in modern DevOps methodologies, tools, code review, clean code principles, and software development best practices.
