Ce que vous ferez :

- Offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair au sein d’un environnement agréable et dynamique;


- Établir le calendrier des collègues et gérer le personnel;


- Entretenir des relations professionnelles étroites avec le siège social;


- Dépasser les objectifs de vente des produits optiques;


- Former les collègues en matière d’optique;


- Prendre des mesures, ajuster, adapter, réparer et distribuer des paires de lunettes, des lentilles de contact et des lunettes spécialisées;


- Commander et réceptionner les produits.


Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

- Détenir un permis provincial au sein de la juridiction et au moins un an d’expérience en optique;


- Expérience en gestion, un atout;


- Connaissance de Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook;


- Personne très bien organisée, soucieuse des détails et capable de bien gérer son temps;


- Savoir communiquer avec enthousiasme et de façon concise dans le but de surpasser les attentes du client.
