Description du poste:

TD RESL's Third Party Lending business is a material part of the overall portfolio in which TD acquires and holds Third Party Branded mortgages. As a stand-alone RESL business it offers the opportunity to work end-to-end across the RESL lifecycle from pricing and origination through to servicing, renewal and discharge. We are seeking a talented individual is looking to leverage this opportunity to become a RESL expert, or someone who already has RESL expertise and is looking to make a significant impact to the business.

Reporting to the VP, RESL Product Management the Senior Manager of RESL Third Party Lending will be a thought leader and driver of business outcomes through pricing, partner management, competitive intelligence and modernization of our Third Party Lending Capabilities.

The successful candidate will partner with team members and executives in RESL, Treasury, TD Economics, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Finance, Home Owners Journey, Credit Policy and Risk Management, as well as our external Third Party Lending partners. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Accountable for the overall strategy and direction of the Third Party Lending business
  • Ownership of all aspects of day to day and strategic management of the Third Party Lending operations
  • Accountable for understanding cost of funds and identifying opportunities to optimize volume vs. margin trade-offs
  • Responsible for owning and developing the relationship with our external Third Party Lending partners
  • Responsible for the design and day to day effectiveness of the operations end to end including all capabilities/tools/models needed working closely with our data and analytics, journey and other teams to deliver simplification and modernization
  • Influence the overall pricing strategy and yearly/quarterly/etc. planning of margins and all related insights (staying up to date on markets), reporting and tracking
  • Be an enterprise and subject matter expert on all aspects of the RESL market, including market, competitive, economic, regulatory and industry trends
  • Contribute to RESL Product team development and positive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Participate fully as a member of the team; support a positive work environment
