Jaguar Land Rover iscurrently looking to fill a position of a Assistant Lease Manager.

· Maintain lease portfolio while trying to renewcustomers into new leases

· Manage the complete portfolio, while leavingsenior sales advisors portfolio to manage their owncustomers.

· Communicate with the sales manager/generalmanager on any customers who have not yet been contacted by senior salesadvisor and create an action plan.

· Sell new vehicles to obtain dealership profit,increase volume and maintain customer satisfaction.

· Relate objectives and planned activities toNew Vehicle Sales Manager daily and analyze and review performance todate.

· Examine and analyze actions continuallyto best manage time and plan more effectively.

· Keep updated on technologicalchanges in automotive industry including: new products,features, accessories, and the benefits to customers.

· Recognize that business is built oncustomer satisfaction and work diligently toward that goal.

· Identify each client's vehicle requirements byasking questions and listening.

· Demonstrate new vehicles.

· Deliver new vehicles to customers and ensurethe customer understands the operating features, warranty conditions and allrelated documents in order to establish customer loyalty.

· Maintain an owner follow-up and prospectdevelopment system to encourage repeat referral and new business; keep logsheets of prospects and contacts.

· Acquaint customers with servicedepartment personnel to emphasize quality and efficiencyof dealership operations.

· Prepare reports on all sales activities,including prospecting, follow-ups, sales presentations, new clients, repeatclients, etc.

· Deposit payments withcashier immediately, and provide receipts.

· Accurately complete all appropriate paperworkrelated to sales on a timely manner.

· Attend all department meetings.

· Follow all company and manufacturer policies,directives and procedures.

· Comply with required health and safetyregulations.

· Perform any other duties as required.

· Knowledge of finance and insuranceproducts.

· Expected sales volume and closingratio.

· Retention and growthof clientele portfolio.

· Excellent interpersonal and customerservice skills.

· Financially motivated with an ambitiousand outgoing attitude.

· Manual dexterity for typing /keyboarding.
