Business Development Coordinator – Property Acquisition

Company Overview: Harrington is a co-living company dedicated to offering modern and flexible housing solutions. As we expand our presence in key urban areas, we are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Coordinator to support our property acquisition efforts.


Position Overview: The Business Development Coordinator will assist in identifying and securing new properties suitable for co-living arrangements. This role involves researching potential locations, contacting property owners, and collaborating with the team to assess property viability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for acquisition.
  • Reach out to property owners and landlords to discuss leasing opportunities.
  • Assist in evaluating properties to determine their suitability for co-living.
  • Support negotiations by preparing necessary documentation and analyses.
  • Maintain a database of potential properties and track acquisition progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on property acquisitions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on acquisition opportunities for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate, business development, or property management.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets and property evaluation.
