OBSIDI, a leader in connecting top Black tech talent with innovative organizations, is seeking a Sr. UX/UI Designer.
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
What You'll Do:
- Design Systems & Patterns:
- Develop, implement, and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries that ensure consistency across our products.
- Prototype & Iterate:
- Utilize Figma to craft high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows. Use user feedback to continuously refine and improve designs.
- Conversion & Retention Focus:
- Apply best practices in UX to design interfaces that not only look great but also drive user conversions and enhance retention.
- Collaborate & Lead:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to integrate design with business goals. Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Expertise in UX/UI Design:
- Proven experience designing SaaS or digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong command of user-centered design principles.
- Strong Understanding of Design Patterns:
- Experience in developing and utilizing design patterns that enhance user experience and drive business results.
- Analytical & Iterative Mindset:
- Ability to interpret user feedback and data to make informed design decisions that optimize conversions and retention.
- Excellent Communication SkillsStrong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions.
