Essential Responsibilities

- Develop and drive the construction schedule in conjunction with the project team ensuring that completion dates and milestones are met.
- Put your problem-solving skills to work and recommend innovative methods that will increase effectiveness and efficiency to ensure project excellence and productivity.
- Use your proactive approach to ensure compliance with our first-class Quality Program.
- Apply your financial management experience to plan, manage and respect project budgets, costs, and associated purchasing.
- Share your knowledge and be a role model through mentorship opportunities with project team members.
- Take pride in compiling and completing company-wide project reports.
- Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrap-up process.
- University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
- A proven track record of project success and team collaboration.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project, and technical issues to bring the project to successful completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction and project methodologies.
- A passion to develop, maintain, and execute the project schedule.
