Vous possédez l'expérience, les compétences et les attributs suivants :

  1. Vous êtes responsable établi de magasin de petite surface ou vous êtes un responsable adjoint expérimenté d'un magasin de grande surface à la recherche de votre premier poste en tant que responsable de magasin.
  2. Vous possédez de solides compétences en leadership.
  3. Vous êtes en mesure de démontrer une expérience dans la réalisation de ventes et de résultats commerciaux.
  4. Vous avez une expérience de gestion / supervision d'une équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de performance.
  5. Vous êtes orienté client et axé sur les résultats.
  6. Vous êtes passionné par la vente au détail et la mode.
  7. Vous possédez des compétences en merchandising visuel.
  8. Vous avez de l'expérience pour recruter, former, encadrer et motiver une équipe.
