L'activité Hydro de GE Vernova conçoit, développe, fabrique et entretient des technologies avancées qui exploitent la puissance de l'eau pour fournir une énergie fiable et durable. Job DescriptionRôles et responsabilités
- Travailler en partenariat avec les leaders pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies RH à court et à long terme et conduire des programmes de RH qui soutiennent directement les objectifs de l'entreprise et les rendent atteignables.
- Être le premier point de contact pour les employés et les managers en fournissant un coaching et un soutien pour les besoins individuels des employés et les processus RH.
- Agir comme un coach au sein de l’organisation, qui renforce les capacités organisationnelles, réduit la complexité et s'associe aux clients internes pour maximiser la performance de l'équipe.
- Fournir un soutien continu aux chefs d’équipe et aux employés sur tous les aspects du cycle de vie des employés.
- Travailler en partenariat avec l’équipe Acquisition de talents et les HRBP fonctionnels pour attirer, développer et retenir les talents au niveau mondial.
- Assurer la conformité aux lois du travail locales et aux politiques internes.
- Soutenir l'évaluation des talents dans l'organisation, en identifiant les forces des employés clés et les besoins de développement afin de reconnaître et de développer les talents clés et de sélectionner les meilleurs candidats.
- Travailler sur la planification de la succession et les stratégies de développement des talents pour l'organisation, en identifiant les rôles critiques et en préparant les talents potentiels et les filières de mentorat, de formation, etc.
- Accompagner les managers à travers des rythmes opérationnels RH critiques tels que les revues de talents, la planification des salaires et la gestion de la performance.
- Soutenir les employés dans leurs besoins ponctuels, à la fois au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Diriger et participer aux projets et initiatives RH dans la région.
Qualifications requises
- 5+ ans en tant que gestionnaire RH
- Baccalauréat d'une université accréditée
- Français et anglais requis
- Vous devez accepter de vous soumettre à une vérification préalable à l'embauche, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, à une vérification des références et des antécédents
- Vous devez avoir le droit de travailler au Canada, sans besoin de parrainage
Compétences souhaitées
- Expérience RH dans des disciplines connexes telles que le recrutement, la formation, la gestion des performances, la transformation culturelle, les opérations RH et la rémunération.
- Résolution de problèmes : vous avez mené avec succès des projets interfonctionnels / amélioration de processus, et avez de fortes compétences analytiques.
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Expérience dans le soutien de fonctions manufacturière et/ou chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement matriciel global.
