Personal Lines Account Manager - RIBO Licensed
We are looking for a conscientious individual who is experienced, detail-oriented and organized, to join our Personal Lines Team in Mississauga.
If you are a RIBO licensed broker with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills this position may be right for you.
You'll have to be adaptable, able to multi-task and complete assigned work items in a timely manner. Our busy staff are friendly, professional, and ready to welcome another player to the team.
This position requires a solid knowledge base of Personal Lines insurance products. You will be responsible for client service on our full book of Personal Lines accounts in accordance with our company standards. Duties will include policy updates; policy changes; renewal reviews and coverage recommendations; issuing liability slips, binders, and certificates of insurance as well as accessing company portals to perform these tasks. In this role we expect you to manage a busy call volume as well as service requests received by email, mail and walk in traffic. You will be expected to process assigned work promptly and accurately as well as maintain knowledge of company and industry underwriting policies, procedures, and standards. You will review new business in addition to conducting renewal reviews and possible re-marketing. You may also assist producers with their inquiries and on new business development.
Our ideal candidate must hold a RIBO license in good standing and is familiar with Power Broker (BMS). You have 2+ years experience as a Personal Lines Broker. It is imperative that you can communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook, is also preferred.
