Orthogone recherche activement des Techniciens PCB (CAO) pour définir et réaliser le placement et le routage des PCB, aux côtés de notre impressionnante équipe de R &D/Matériel. Ce rôle vous exposera également à contribuer à une vaste gamme de produits de circuits imprimés visant, sans s’y limiter, les secteurs de l’automobile, de la médecine, de l’aérospatiale, de la finance et des télécommunications.

Dans ce rôle, le Technicien PCB (CAO) assure entièrement la phase de conception des circuits imprimés (PCB) et, le cas échéant, par l'émission diagrammes et de dessins de circuits imprimés. Le Technicien PCB (CAO) est aussi appelé à participer à l'intégration mécanique et à fournir des modèles 3D des cartes à produire. Ces activités incluront régulièrement la définition et le suivi des différents processus de fabrication, d’assemblage et de validation des circuits imprimés en respect des normes souhaitées initialement. Sans être solitaire, ce rôle est principalement autonome; des collaborations, directives et observations techniques avec et auprès des spécialistes de l’Équipe R&D/Matériel contribuerons au succès du produit final.


Responsabilités principales

  • Participer activement à la génération d'idée pour l'intégration mécanique, sur la forme de la carte, et le placement des composantes, sur les règles de routage et sur la construction du PCB
  • Participer au besoin, à la préparation des estimés de temps/coûts afin de soutenir les soumissions de production
  • Assurer la documentation, la conception et l’évaluation des cartouches du PCB et des divers produits électroniques
  • Gérer la librairie de pièce/dessins en faisant le suivi sur la création d’empreinte (avec les partenaires)
  • Réviser et générer les fichiers et documentations nécessaires à la fabrication des circuits imprimés et autres variétés de produits requis
  • Soutenir la résolution des rapports de non-conformité aux essais (TNR), des rapports d’anomalie (DR) et autres documents liés à l’assurance produit
  • Supporter au besoin, les clients et les spécialistes de l’Équipe, lors de discussions techniques sur les produits en R&D
  • Assurer une robuste et adéquate documentation afin de valider les versions, les idéations et les changements aux dessins (R&D ou de production), suivant les décisions techniques


Qualifications

  • Détenir un DEC/DEP/AEC dans les domaines électrique, électronique, combiné idéalement avec une expertise soutenue en conception (EDA/CAO/CAD)
  • Expérience minimum de 3 à 5 ans, directe ou combinée, en lien avec ce rôle est souhaité
  • Solides notions des processus de fabrication et d’assemblage de PCB, notamment des différents types de circuits imprimés (Multicouches, Circuits flexibles (Flex) ou Rigides-flex (Flex-Rigid))
  • Expertise des circuits haute-vitesse, de circuits RF/micro-ondes, de circuits analogiques et de circuits de puissance
  • Solide maitrise d’outils de conception électronique (EDA), notamment Altium Designer, Cadence, Mentor Graphics (DX Designer, PADS, Xpedition, DxDatabook)

Orthogone is actively seeking PCB Technicians (eCAD/CAO) to define and perform PCB placement and routing, alongside our impressive R&D/Hardware team. This role will bring you to contribute to a wide range of PCB products targeting, but not limited to, the automotive, medical, aerospace, financial, security, and telecommunications/data centers sectors.

In this role, the PCB Technician (CAD) fully carries out the design phase of the printed circuit boards (PCBs) and, if necessary, issues diagrams and printed circuit board drawings. The PCB Technician (CAD) is also called upon to participate in the mechanical integration and to provide 3D models of the boards to be produced. These activities will regularly include the definition and monitoring of the various manufacturing, assembly, and validation processes of printed circuit boards following the standards initially required. This role is mainly autonomous; technical collaborations, guidelines, and observations with and with the specialists of the R&D/Material Team will contribute to the success of the final product.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in idea generation for mechanical integration, board shape, component placement, routing rules, and PCB construction
  • Participate, as required, in the preparation of time/cost estimates to support production submissions
  • Documentation, design, and evaluation of PCB cartridges and various electronic products
  • Manage the part/drawing library by following up on the fingerprint creation (with partners)
  • Review and generate files and documentation necessary for the manufacture of printed circuit boards and other varieties of products required
  • Support the resolution of Test Non-Compliance Reports (TNRs), Anomaly Reports (ADs), and other product assurance documents
  • May support customers and team specialists during technical discussions on R&D products
  • Ensure robust and adequate documentation to validate versions, ideations, and changes to drawings (R&D or production), following technical decisions


Qualifications

  • DEC/DEP/AEC in the fields of electrical, and electronics, ideally combined with sustained design expertise (EDA/CAD/eCAD/CAO)
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years, direct or combined, related to this role is desired
  • Solid knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes, including different types of PCBs (Multilayer, Flex, or Flex-Rigid)
  • Expertise in high-speed circuits, RF/microwave circuits, analog circuits, and power circuits
  • Strong mastery of electronic design tools (EDA), including Altium Designer, Cadence, and Mentor Graphics (DX Designer, PADS, Xpedition, DxDatabook)
