Your role in a nutshellAs a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in stimulating business opportunities in our target markets by closely collaborating with the marketing and business development departments.

Your daily responsibilities- Contribute decisively to the product vision, short and long-term strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Gather and manage customer and business requirements to inform the product vision and backlog
- Plan, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, according to product strategy, implementation considerations, and business value
- Lead Agile ceremonies to guide implementation and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks and is aligned on the vision and priorities
- Act as the main contact with the customer: regular communication, feedback, satisfaction, expectation management
- Work closely with the design team in an iterative design process to help define and improve product design
- Work closely with the engineering and management team to ensure that business case and customer satisfaction objectives are met
- Support customers in their change management initiatives when adopting Airudi’s artificial intelligence solutions
- Instill a Product-first mindset in engineering partners
- Provide guidance and support to the development team
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Research and analyze market, our competitors, the users, and the industry
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Previous working experience as Product Owner (at least 5 years)
- Experience with Jira
- Proficiency in French and English (that’ll allow you to interact with all of our North American, European, and African clients)
- Degree or work experience in related field (computer science, supply chain management, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- PO certification an asset
- Previous working experience of 3 years or more as a Business Analyst or equivalent is an asset
