JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a SAP functional analyst for one of our clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for analyzing and defining business specifications/requirements.

Developing the architecture/design of solutions.

Implements the strategy, executes functional tests and supports the transition to operations.

100% operational support: FINANCE (CAP, treasury, budget, financial accounting) and GORC (cash) and EFF, EDI business sectors.


EXPECTED DELIVERABLES

  • Production support (FICO, SD, TR, FM/GM (integration into other modules))
  • DDC and incident
  • Support for non-prod environments (training and testing) for any error message related to FICO, FM/GM and SD
  • Support for ticketing projects (FI, SD)
  • Implementation of changes (specifications) for bank reconciliation and sales/payment
  • Inbound interface and Outbound interface
  • Logistics projects
  • Minor changes in FICO, FM/GM related to integration into other modules (MM, PM, EWM and PP)
  • Monthly planning of JIRAS with the sectors: Finance, GORC and Maintenance EDI/EEF


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Senior level: Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • Intermediate level: Six (6) years of relevant experience.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must hold the appropriate SAP certification or equivalent relevant training.
  • Have relevant experience as a SAP functional analyst in a minimum of 4 major mandates.
  • Must have knowledge of PURCHASE / Procurement transactions.
  • French-speaking or bilingual.

Nous recherchons un analyste fonctionnel SAP pour l'un de nos clients.


RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Responsable de l'analyse et de la définition des spécifications/exigences commerciales.
  • Élaboration de l'architecture/conception des solutions.
  • Mise en œuvre de la stratégie, exécution des tests fonctionnels et prise en charge de la transition vers les opérations.
  • Support opérationnel à 100 % : secteurs d'activité FINANCES (CAP, trésorerie, budget, comptabilité financière) et GORC (cash) et EFF, EDI.

  • Support à la production (FICO, SD, TR, FM/GM (intégration dans d'autres modules))
  • DDC et incident
  • Support aux environnements hors production (formation et tests) pour tout message d'erreur lié à FICO, FM/GM et SD
  • Support aux projets de billetterie (FI, SD)
  • Implantation de changements (spécifications) pour la conciliation bancaire et les ventes/paiement
  • Interface entrante et interface sortante
  • Projets logistiques
  • Changements mineurs dans FICO, FM/GM liés à l'intégration dans d'autres modules (MM, PM, EWM et PP)
  • Planification mensuelle de JIRAS avec les secteurs : Finance, GORC et Maintenance EDI/EEF


EXPÉRIENCE REQUISE

  • Niveau senior : Dix (10) années d'expérience pertinente.
  • Niveau intermédiaire : Six (6) années d'expérience pertinente.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

  • Doit détenir la certification SAP appropriée ou une formation pertinente équivalente.
  • Posséder une expérience pertinente en tant qu'analyste fonctionnel SAP dans un minimum de 4 mandats majeurs.
  • Doit avoir une connaissance des transactions d'ACHAT / d'approvisionnement.
