Responsibilities:

  • Scan products in the warehouse with Barcode
  • Identify products that do not have Barcodes
  • Perform the Physical Inventory Count
  • Logistics Shipping and Receiving
  • P/O receiving. Checking pricing & GL code. Contacting Assistant Controller to get correct GL codes.
  • Logistic shipping includes changing status for w/o in sage, transfer of stock etc.
  • Product verification - Receiving physical items, check quantity & item no. according to purchase order. Return wrong items to admins with copy of packing slip or sometimes informing vendors about the wrong items received to get them replaced.
  • Contact vendor to get order confirmation/invoice.
  • Update receipts to match order confirmation/invoice.
  • Printing updated p/o, order confirmation and making package ready for manager’s signature/approval.
  • Informing salesperson if items are ordered by them for the projects.
  • Receiving physical items from other branches Product verification- Receiving physical items and counting the quantity as per packing slip.
  • Scan and send p/w to pertain branch admins and salesperson.
  • Transfers and Adjustment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience requirements:

  • Intermediate computer skills (particularly EXCEL)
  • Data entry skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
