Drake International is currently sourcing candidates for our busy client in the St. John's, Newfoundland area, who is a leader in the Transportation industry The successful candidate must have reliable transportation and 1+ years of experience in Admin/Data Entry.

We would like a new member of the team to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
  1. Admin Support
  2. Data Entry
  3. Completing all daily document flow
  4. Screening, updating pro and bills
  5. Cross coding freight
  6. Submitting payroll
  7. All dock admin duties as assigned
Skills:
  1. Accurate, concise, and expedient document creation and data entry
  2. Ability to quickly understand departmental processes
  3. Prior database experience, with the ability to quickly understand our client’s databases and associated documentation, as well as familiarity with web-based systems
  4. Microsoft Office knowledge is essential (at least to formula/macro level in Excel)
  5. Ability to develop knowledge of technical documentation standards and industry processes
  6. Writing skills: task-based documentation, reference guides, hardware documentation, customer-facing materials, marketing collateral, training materials, simplified English Indexing skills
  7. Understanding of electronic systems would be an advantage
  8. Excellent, and accurate, data input skills
  9. Ability to gather data effectively
