Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including used wholegood inventory.
  2. Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
  3. Manage and develop all employees in the Sales Department to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
  4. Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
  5. Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  6. Other duties as assigned.
