AtkinsRéalis recherche un Gestionnaire de Contrôle de Projets énergique et très motivé, ayant de l'expérience dans la gestion de projets de services d'ingénierie. Ce poste sera rattaché au Directeur du Contrôle de Projets et du PMO. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein qui offre l'opportunité de prouver votre véritable potentiel, de fournir des services d'experts sur des projets de classe mondiale, de collaborer et de croître avec des experts en services professionnels.

Votre rôle au sein de l'équipe
  • Responsabilité globale de la conformité des contrôles de projet sur les projets selon les normes d'exécution de projet d'AtkinsRéalis.
  • Diriger l'établissement et le maintien des systèmes de contrôle de projet intégrés et superviser la définition et la mise à jour des bases de données de coûts et de calendrier du projet. Superviser la mise en œuvre des structures de découpage du travail et de codification de projet pour le contrôle et l'intégrité du travail à réaliser tel que défini par le contrat.
  • Établir et maintenir des partenariats solides avec les homologues clients et les parties prenantes des coentreprises (le cas échéant).
  • Soutenir les équipes de gestion de projet et de finance dans le suivi de la santé globale du projet via toutes les interactions des parties prenantes du projet, assurant un flux d'information précis et opportun.
  • Analyser les écarts de performance en coûts et en délais par rapport au plan et communiquer les raisons de l'émission des écarts et les plans d'atténuation proposés à la gestion de projet.
  • Suivre et analyser les coûts du projet, y compris les budgets, les engagements, les dépenses réelles et les provisions. Développer des prévisions mensuelles et documenter les explications des écarts.
  • Organiser des revues de projet tout au long de la vie de chaque projet et fournir des mises à jour régulières et opportunes sur l'état du projet à la haute direction. Soutenir la gestion des calendriers et fournir des conseils au Planificateur de Projet. Examiner et approuver les changements de projet. Examiner et approuver les bons de commande des sous-consultants pour une allocation appropriée des projets et des tâches. Développer des demandes de paiement et valider les factures.

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e)
  • Diplôme de licence en gestion, finance, gestion de la construction, ingénierie, ou expérience équivalente.
  • 10-15 ans d'expérience en contrôle de projets dans un cadre de grands projets ou programmes. Solide expérience dans la compréhension des structures de projets mondiaux, des interfaces entre les différentes parties et fonctions, et des mécanismes nécessaires pour fonctionner.
  • Compréhension approfondie des processus et outils de contrôle de projet (P6, Oracle, Ecosys, SAP, PowerBI, etc.). Connaissance des méthodes de planification CPM et exposition aux logiciels standard de l'industrie comme MS Suite, avec un accent sur Excel.
  • Solide expérience des interfaces de gestion financière et de gestion des risques. Exposition à Power BI.
  • Bilingue (anglais - français)*.

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Project Controls Manager with experience in managing Engineering Services projects. Multiple opportunities are available that will be responsible for managing Engineering Services projects in different fields and construction programs as the owner's representative. This position will report to the Director, Project Controls and PMO. Your role within the team
  • Overall responsibility for Project Controls compliance on Projects to the AtkinsRéalis project execution standards.
  • Lead in establishing and maintaining the project's integrated Project Controls systems and oversee the setting and updating of the project cost and schedule databases. Supervises the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with client counterparts and joint venture stakeholders (where applicable).
  • Support Project Management and Finance teams in tracking overall project health via all project stakeholder engagements ensuring accurate and timely flow of information.
  • Analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicates the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management.
  • Tracks and analyzes project costs including budgets, commitments, actuals, and accruals. Develops monthly forecasts and documents variance explanations.
  • Organizes project reviews throughout the life of each project and provides regular, timely updates on project status to senior leadership. Supports schedule management and provides guidance to the Project Scheduler. Review and approval of project changes. Reviews and approves Sub-consultants' Purchase Orders for proper project and task allocations. Develops payment applications and validates invoices.

  • Bachelor's degree in management, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10-15 years project controls experience in a large project or program setting. Solid background in understanding the global project structures, interfaces between different parties and functions, and mechanism required to operate.
  • Deep understanding of Project Controls Processes and tools (P6, Oracle, Ecosys, SAP, PowerBI etc.). Knowledge of CPM scheduling methods and exposure to industry-standard software like MS Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
