POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: 32 hours/week with one weekend out of 2
Salary: to be discussed according to experience


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate in the preparation of menus by proposing ideas
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment is maintained according to hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Make sure to optimize the use of foodstuffs in compliance with quality standards
  • Participate in the assembly of the plates
  • Peel and cut vegetables for meals
  • Perform other related duties
  • See to the preparation of cold dishes and desserts
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good communication
  • A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
  • Level of spoken language: intermediate French
  • Written language level: intermediate French
