We are looking for a Manager, Quality Control to join our Quality Control team in VSLand who will share our Company values.

What You’ll Be Contributing

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality supervisors and technicians;
  • Develop and enforce quality control procedures and best practices;
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the entire production process;
  • Act as liaison between the quality control team and other departments (Production, Operational Excellence, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Order Fulfillment);
  • Identify and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and monitor them regularly;
  • Prepare and present Quality reports and metrics to senior management;
  • Analyze non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance preferably in the IT industry; or any relevant sector;
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role;
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware & testing methodologies;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
