The Fractional COO will play a critical role in shaping the operational, strategic, and commercial

direction of our new startup division. This unique position is suited for a seasoned leader who excels in

technical and sales dynamics. While direct experience in technical development is not crucial, an ability

to oversee technical projects along with the development and management of a robust sales

department is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership with Sales and Technical Oversight: Develop and execute the division's

strategic plan, integrating operational excellence with the oversight of both technical application

projects and the sales department. Collaborate closely with the CEO, senior leaders, and

respective teams to align the division’s goals with company objectives.

  • Operational Excellence: Establish scalable operational processes and systems that support the

division business, technical, and sales functions.

  • Sales Department Development and Management: Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales

department. Define sales strategies, targets, and processes to drive revenue growth and market

penetration.

  • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead diverse teams across operations,

technical projects, and sales initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, collaboration, and

high performance.

  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting across the

division, with particular attention to the financial integration of technical and sales activities.

  • Partnership and Business Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that

enhance the division’s offerings, technical capabilities, and sales reach. Manage partner and

vendor relationships.

  • Market Analysis, Innovation, and Direction: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and

technological advancements. Guide the division’s strategic direction to maintain industry

leadership in both product offerings and sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a COO or similar leadership role. Experience overseeing technical projects and

sales departments highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead new business units or startups, with a comprehensive

understanding of technical and sales operations.

- Strong financial acumen, experienced in managing budgets and financial performance across diverse

business units.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of recruiting, inspiring, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities, adept at managing both technical and
