We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and running large-scale transformation programs from initiation through roll-out. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.

What you’ll do

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and allocation of resources, covering both systems implementation and business change management

Vendor Performance Management: Constantly evaluate performance of external vendor partners and, as needed, call out performance concerns.

Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including internal and external partners, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with project partners, providing regular updates and reports.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and best practices, both in relation to internal and vendor deliverables

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making vital adjustments to stay within budget.

Scope Management: Lead project scope and change requests, ensuring they align with project objectives.

Partner Engagement: Champion strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to improve collaboration and project success.

Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project issues and obstacles to keep projects on track.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject area or Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience.

10+ years experience as a Program Manager, with a track record of optimally delivering projects on time and within budget. Past program responsibilities MUST include direct management of a budget of a minimum of $30m, with a minimum duration of one year and a team size of 50+

Hands-on experience on end-to-end transformation programs, from initiation to roll-out

Exposure to regulated financial services

Ideally, good understanding of leading P&C solutions (Guidewire, Sapiens, SAP…) and Cloud migrations

Excellent leadership and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage partners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Project management and Agile certification (e.g., PMP or other PM certification, CSM) is a plus
