About our client
A leading builder developer who has delivered Communities & State of the art Condominiums & Apartments for more than 25 years. They have a strong history and background residential construction and are one of the leading firms in the Toronto Area in their space.

Under the guidance of the VP of Customer Care and Quality Assurance, the Service Technician will directly report to the Customer Service Field Manager and be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various tasks as scheduled by the on-site Customer Service Representative.
  • Communicate with site staff to ensure quality product delivery.
  • Follow instructions provided on work orders.
  • Maintain daily logs and prep sheets of completed work.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Field Manager.
  • Adhere to all procedures and policies in the Company Employee Manual.
  • Perform repairs with good workmanship and maintain cleanliness.
  • Keep the company vehicle in respectable condition.
  • Conduct oneself professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Attend Customer Service staff meetings and workshops as required.
  • Respond to after-hours emergency calls when scheduled on-call, if needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with high-quality workmanship.
  • Prior experience in the residential construction industry, particularly in low-rise home building.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with site staff and customers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to follow work orders precisely and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and report issues promptly.
  • Knowledge and adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
  • Responsibility for maintaining the company vehicle in clean and good condition.
  • Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergency calls when on-call.
  • Understanding and support of the company's commitment to accessibility and inclusivity.
Compensation
$85K plus package
