Thereliability engineeris responsible for developing and implementing equipment maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and avoid recurrences. This program aims to maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Additionally, the reliability engineer is also responsible for the equipment failure analysis program, coordinating activities related to equipment reliability.

Tasks and responsabilities :

  • Develop, adjust, and implement preventive maintenance plans.
  • Monitors the performance of critical equipment and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyzes problems related to equipment reliability and performance. Inspects replaced parts to identify causes, monitors parts consumption to identify opportunities.
  • Identifies the root causes of the problems to find solutions and implement them. To do this, he leads meetings with his maintenance, production, quality or engineering partners.
  • Provides technical assistance by investigating root causes of ongoing problems and proposing solutions.
  • Manages the equipment breakdown analysis program by ensuring the proper functioning of the process of identifying failures, analyzing their causes and implementing corrective measures to prevent their recurrence.

Work environment:

Offices area, production area and mechanical rooms

Available on call for emergencies (24h/7d)
