Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IBM InfoSphere Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, ETL processes, and IBM InfoSphere tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using IBM InfoSphere technologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand data requirements and design effective ETL processes.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams in the use of IBM InfoSphere DataStage and QualityStage.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the quality and performance of data integration solutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and best practices within the organization.

- Act as a subject matter expert for IBM InfoSphere tools and provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage and QualityStage.

- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling.

- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and database technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other IBM InfoSphere products such as Information Analyzer, Information Governance Catalog, and Master Data Management.

- Knowledge of data quality management and data governance principles.

- Certification in IBM InfoSphere tools is a plus.
