What you will be doing: We are looking for individuals who are reliable and motivated to participate in the sorting and loading of boxes in a fast-paced environment.
Courier Operations Associate
Salary: Our hourly salary is $17/hour
Warehouse Location: 189 Rue Deveault, Gatineau, QC J8Z 1S7
Here are the following schedules;
Full-Time (10 hours a day)
Saturday (night) - 11 pm to 9 am
Sunday (night) - 11 pm to 9 am
Monday (night) - 11 pm to 9 am
Thursday (night) - 11 pm to 9 am
Total Hours: 40 hours
Part-Time (8 hours a day)
Wednesday - 7 pm to 3 am
Thursday - 7 pm to 3 am
Total hours: 16 hours
Responsibilities of this role:
- Sorting boxes from full pallets into individual skids for each route;
- Breaking down pallets, moving, and lifting boxes (5-10 kgs);
- Ensuring boxes of groceries are sorted efficiently and without error;
- Accurately loading orders into vehicles based on delivery routes;
- Communicating issues such as missing, extra, damaged, or mis-sorted boxes to supervisors in a timely manner.

Requirements and qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent;
- Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets;
- Ability to communicate, write, and read in English;
- The ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
- A willingness to work in a cold workplace.
