What you might do:- Conduct data research to solve problems that directly impact the company’s growth
- Identify operational issues through data analysis, leveraging global analytics and actionable data-driven insights
- Engage in the continuous improvement of team processes, by identifying gaps and suggesting areas for improvement
- Meet with cross-functional teams to influence product improvements utilizing data findings
- Document process changes and learnings for overall team improvement and new hire training
- Someone curious If you don’t know an answer to a question or how something works, your first instinct is to dig until you find out
- Someone inquisitive If a process seems like it could be optimized, or a certain workflow doesn’t make sense, ask about it We’re always looking for ways to improve and everyone’s suggestions play a part in making the product and team better
