Overview

Reporting to the President | Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of all marketing-related activities for Centurion Asset Management Inc. and its related entities on a national level.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Development: Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between Centurion and its advertising partners and suppliers.
  2. Residential Operations: Support the residential multi-family apartment and student housing operations by developing and leading the execution of marketing campaigns.
  3. Investment Sales: Support the Investment Sales Department by developing and working closely with the Executive Vice President of Investment Sales to implement targeted capital-raising strategies.
  4. Ongoing Operations: Work closely with leaders of other critical departments to support all marketing needs, create annual marketing budgets, and lead the development of an integrated national marketing strategy.
  5. Department Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Team, ensuring they are meeting targets and implementing marketing initiatives.
  6. Brand and Social Media Monitoring: Oversee brand and social media management, monitor reviews, and propose campaigns to promote Centurion as an employer of choice.
  7. Industry and Product Knowledge: Maintain awareness of the competitive environment and drive strategic planning to increase marketing effectiveness.
  8. Compliance: Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure compliance procedures are followed with respect to the marketing process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing, advertising and/or communications within the real estate industry;
  • No less than 5 years’ experience managing and leading a team;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies;
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Excellent command of MS Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Familiarity with Quebec language laws considered an asset.
