Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business requirements related to system integrations
  • Eliminate operational bottlenecks through smart technical solutions.
  • Design and build solutions to scale data flow between multiple systems and databases
  • Build high quality software with strong unit and integration test coverage.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes

  • 5+ years of Software Development experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience building robust and reliable integrations
  • Understanding of SQL DB design and query performance
  • Track record of troubleshooting challenging issues with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience working in AWS
  • Experience working with API’s

Bonus points for

  • Experience in C#, Java, Python, or Kotlin
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Postgres
  • Knowledge of and experience with healthcare claims systems (preferably Health Edge)
  • Experience with EDI transactions
  • Experience using AI to automate business processes.

Compensation

  • Base Salary of 210,000 CAD
  • Equity
