Job Description:

  • Lead and manage key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to clients' business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, etc.) to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior account team members, ensuring they are well-supported in their tasks and development.
  • Present campaign strategies, results, and insights to clients, providing recommendations for optimization and future improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing technologies to bring fresh ideas to client campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and creative development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.
