Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
  1. Receiving, tracking and monitoring technical drawings and documentation
  2. Logging drawing information for reports into database
  3. Responding to internal and external drawing and documentation requests
  4. Generating Document Control reports; checking accuracy and quality of documents before cataloguing, forwarding material to client, printing, photocopying and folding as required
Skill, Capabilities, and Experience:
  1. 0-2+ years of experience in Document Control or Configuration Management required
  2. College or University graduate of Library Information Systems or Technology preferred
  3. Desktop publishing or Windchill/other PLM software experience an asset
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Must have high attention to detail and be comfortable with accurate, high volume data entry
