  • Work with QA to ensure any changes comply with food safety regulations.
  • Advise the Production Manager of any change in staffing requirements.
  • Aid in the recruitment of new employees
  • Monitor production employees to ensure all safety guidelines are followed.

  • Former les employés et les superviseurs des départements aux meilleures pratiques afin de s'assurer que tous les projets sont produits en utilisant les méthodes les plus efficaces pour améliorer l'efficacité et le rendement.
  • Gérer les activités quotidiennes des employés de production, y compris la résolution des conflits, le suivi des absences, la programmation des vacances et tout autre problème.
  • Travailler avec l'assurance qualité pour s'assurer que tout changement est conforme aux réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Informer le directeur de la production de tout changement dans les besoins en personnel.
  • Contribuer au recrutement de nouveaux employés.
  • Contrôler les employés de production pour s'assurer que toutes les directives de sécurité sont respectées.
