  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including vendor inquiries and the onboarding of new acquisitions
  • Ensure timely generation and analysis of weekly and monthly departmental reports and resolve issues/discrepancies as required
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all outbound freight payments, and reconciliation of all inbound freight invoices to costs entered in the Financial System
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close in areas of responsibility; ensure accuracy of accruals, variance analysis and account reconciliations
  • Participate in or lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives, as required
