Alors que nous poursuivons notre expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) en opérations et production soucieux(se) du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à l'avancement de nos processus de fabrication et de logistique.

Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) en opérations et production hautement organisé(e) et impliqué(e) pour gérer les flux de production, l'inventaire, la logistique et les processus d'assemblage. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en assurant une production efficace, une gestion fluide de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des opérations d'expédition sans accroc. Ce poste exige une combinaison d'expertise technique, de compétences en résolution de problèmes et de solides capacités de gestion des processus.

Votre rôle consistera à superviser le suivi des stocks via un système ERP, le contrôle de la qualité, l'approvisionnement et l'entretien des équipements, en collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie et des opérations pour optimiser les processus et garantir une production de haute qualité.

Principales responsabilités

Gestion de la Production et des Flux de Travail​

  • Superviser l'ensemble du processus de production afin d'assurer son efficacité et le respect des délais.​
  • Utiliser Odoo ERP pour suivre les tâches de production, les niveaux d'inventaire et les rapports.
  • Identifier et atténuer les goulots d'étranglement de la production, tels que les pénuries de stock, les retards des fournisseurs et les problèmes de qualité.
  • Effectuer des contrôles de qualité tout au long du cycle de production.​
  • Générer des rapports trimestriels sur la production afin d'évaluer l'efficacité et proposer des améliorations.

Inventaire et Approvisionnement​

  • Surveiller et maintenir les niveaux d'inventaire afin de prévenir les pénuries.​
  • Préparer et traiter les bons de commande (PO) pour les composants nécessaires.
  • Rechercher et coordonner avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services afin d'optimiser l'approvisionnement.
  • Suivre l'état des expéditions et garantir le respect des délais de livraison.

Expédition et Réception​

  • Enregistrer et inspecter les expéditions de composants entrants pour vérifier leur exactitude et leur qualité.
  • Gérer la réception des produits sous garantie et des réparations afin d'assurer un traitement efficace.
  • Coordonner l'expédition des composants en cours de fabrication (WIP) avec les fournisseurs logistiques.
  • Superviser l'emballage et l'expédition des commandes clients.

Équipement et Entretien

  • Exploiter et entretenir les machines d'impression 3D SLS, SLA et FDM pour la production.
  • Surveiller et réapprovisionner les stocks de matériaux pour l'impression 3D et la production.
  • Maintenir un calendrier d'entretien préventif pour les imprimantes et l'équipement.
  • Coordonner les visites de maintenance et de réparation avec les prestataires de services.

Assemblage et Optimisation des Processus

  • Assembler des dispositifs mécaniques de précision pour soutenir les techniciens en matériel.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des flux de travail et proposer des optimisations de processus.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques et logiciels liés aux opérations de production.

Qualifications

Exigences

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un environnement axé sur les opérations ou la fabrication.
  • Expérience en gestion d'inventaire, approvisionnement et logistique.
  • Expérience pratique en assemblage mécanique ou électrique.
  • Excellente maîtrise des systèmes ERP (Odoo préféré).
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en gestion des processus.​
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de production dynamique et pratique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français (oral et écrit).

Atouts

  • Expérience avec les technologies d'impression 3D (SLS, SLA, FDM).
  • Connaissance des principes de contrôle qualité (QC/QA).​
  • Expérience en gestion du cycle de vie des produits (PLM) et des systèmes de gestion des modifications.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de tableur (Excel, Google Sheets) avec utilisation de formules.

As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Production Technician to join our team and help drive our manufacturing and logistics processes forward.

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Operations & Production Technician to manage production workflows, inventory, logistics, and assembly processes. You'll play a critical role in ensuring efficient production, smooth supply chain management, and seamless shipping operations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong process management abilities.

Your role will involve overseeing ERP-based inventory tracking, quality control, procurement, and equipment maintenance, working alongside engineering and operations teams to optimize processes and ensure high-quality output.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (5 Days a Week)

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 CAD per year

Key Responsibilities

Production & Workflow Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end production pipeline, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines.
  • Utilize Odoo ERP for tracking production tasks, inventory levels, and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate production bottlenecks such as stock shortages, supplier delays, and quality issues.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the production cycle.
  • Generate quarterly production reports to evaluate efficiency and suggest improvements.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) for necessary components.
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers and service providers to streamline procurement.
  • Track shipment statuses and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Shipping & Receiving

  • Log and inspect incoming component shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Manage warranty and repair intake, ensuring efficient processing.
  • Coordinate shipping of work-in-progress (WIP) components with logistics providers.
  • Oversee packing and shipping of customer orders.

Equipment & Maintenance

  • Operate and maintain SLS, SLA, and FDM 3D printing machines for production builds.
  • Monitor and replenish material stock levels for 3D printing and production.
  • Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for printers and equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair visits with service providers.

Assembly & Process Optimization

  • Assemble precision mechanical devices to support hardware technicians.
  • Identify areas for workflow improvements and propose process optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot technical and software issues related to production operations

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 2-4 years experience in an operations-driven or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical assembly.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and process management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
  • Strong English and French communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

  • Experience using 3D printing technologies (SLS, SLA, FDM).
  • Familiarity with Quality Control (QC/QA) principles.
  • Background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Change Order Systems.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) with formulas.
  • Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing company.
