As a functional analyst/configurator, you ensure rapid handling of incidents and problems. The team in which the incumbent will work supports all components of the enterprise core (ORACLE FLEXCUBE 10.5). You respect the incident and problem resolution targets according to application criticalities. You actively collaborate in achieving performance indicators and work with the team to achieve targets.

You collaborate in the implementation of patches and development solutions. You help provide the required support at the application level, while leveraging your skills in mastering technology. The nature of IT environments is complex and requires comprehensive knowledge in your field.

You contribute to solving complex problems that require knowledge of the business and technology domain. Cross-references are frequent. You are called upon to interact with various stakeholders working in complementary areas of expertise.

Your role is to analyze and design functional documentation (functional specifications) related to your field. You also act as a resource person in your field for your unit, dedicated customers, and partners.

Requirements And Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or business information technology
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 in the Canadian banking sector
  • Knowledge of French (written and spoken) is required
  • Demonstrated experience in operational mode
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, ppt, teams, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Service Now, JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Control-M
  • Knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL
  • Knowledge of ORACLE FLEXCUBE 10.5
  • Knowledge of MOS (My Oracle Support)
