You'll play a key role in supporting monthly closing tasks, analyzing important metrics, and heavily contributing to financial reporting for the entire business unit. You'll also collaborate closely with various teams on day-to-day accounting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Summarize monthly financial data, ensuring accuracy through variance analysis. Prepare quarterly disclosure packages that meet regulatory requirements
  • Analyze key metrics like customer retention and revenue to identify patterns and inform strategic decision-making. Forecast future performance by gathering data and providing insights
  • Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and accuracy. Partner with external auditors for a smooth review process
  • Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, ensuring timely payments, cash flow management, and accurate reconciliations
  • Work effectively with international colleagues to optimize invoicing and cash collection
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and compelling presentations
  • Take on additional reporting tasks, identifying areas for improvement and providing valuable insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, CPA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with a leading accounting software is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
