Maintenance Supervisor Packaging & Compounding

Quart : Soir

Location : Baie D’Urfé, Canada; Sur site; 40 heures/semaine

Principales responsabilités

  • Assurer le fonctionnement et le maintien des équipements de fabrication.
  • Respect et conformité des règles et procédures SHE afin d’assurer la sécurité industrielle du site.
  • Proposer des plans d’améliorations techniques, les coûts impliqués, définir les cahiers des charges et assurer la supervision des travaux

Qualités et aptitudes nécessaires :

  • Superviser et coordonner le travail des employés de la maintenance.
  • Évaluer le rendement individuel des techniciens à sa charge et élabore les recommandations de formation.
  • Déclarer les risques ou les présomptions de risque SHE qu'ils identifient.
  • Faire respecter et rédiger les cahiers des charges.
  • Superviser et coordonner la maintenance préventive et les réparations des équipements de fabrication et conditionnement.
  • Assurer la sûreté industrielle du site.
  • Proposer et participer aux solutions de réduction des coûts.
  • Assurer le maintien des équipements, des systèmes de fabrication du conditionnement.
  • Superviser et participer à l’organisation de la cédule d’intervention des entreprises extérieures,
  • Participer à l’analyse des pannes des équipements de fabrication et conditionnement, évaluer leur cause avec l’équipe de Fiabilisation et proposer des solutions aux problèmes notés (s’il y a lieu).
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et normes en vigueur pour tous les travaux effectués.
  • Sélectionner des fournisseurs de service (sur la base du service, qualité, coûts).
  • Élaborer des demandes d’engagement de dépenses.

Amélioration continue pour chacune des activités sous sa responsabilité.

Pesée, Fabrication et Conditionnement:

  • 5 ans dans la maintenance dans un milieu avec des exigences qualité équivalentes.
  • Expérience en supervision d’équipe.
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes du conditionnement et fabrication..
