One of our Automotive clients is looking for a Quality Control Technician for their Day shift in Aurora location.

Shift - Straight Days

  • Adhere to IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
  • Involve all employees in Lean Manufacturing techniques and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with Kaizen standards.
  • Fulfill Kaizen training requirements across the division, including onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate Kaizen training sessions, managing resources and logistics.
  • Work with the General Manager to set objectives, goals, and milestones.
  • Offer support and guidance to office and shop floor teams through coaching and mentoring.
  • Involve all employees in Lean Manufacturing techniques and process enhancement initiatives.

Requirements -

  • Familiarity with IATF16949/ISO 14001 systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive manufacturing
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Quality Control Certificate or Engineering Degree
