Reporting to the Data Operations Lead, the Data Operations Specialist is a member of the Product Operations team. This highly engaged, creative and attentive individual with intermediate to senior level experience will focus on, analyze and strategize within our SaaS/products to continue the growth and advanced capabilities within the technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a cross-functional team to assist data integrations
  • Ensure data points are configured correctly, data is flowing, and generate insights
  • Provide quality service to LotLinx’s internal customers in all assigned tasks.
  • Troubleshoot potential data, reporting or integration issues
  • Analyze Product performance, KPI’s, and make recommendations on Product Improvement.
  • Perform competitive analysis, research new opportunities, and use data to provide strategic recommendations that support growth and optimization
  • Product, analytics and data analysis
  • Provide well-conceived, accurate and impactful information through reporting and analysis to assist management in guiding improved performance and areas for optimization
  • Leverage collected data to improve upon existing digital marketing campaigns and overall execution
  • Ability to navigate through DBs (Big Query, MySQL, etc.), and/or exported large data sets
  • Data Clean up and Data Maintenance.


Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in relevant field
  • 2+ years of comprehensive experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and/or Google Tag Manager; reporting, configuration, goals, events, dashboards
  • Experience within other reporting platforms; Adobe Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Looker
  • Coding knowledge with Python, Bash Shell, Java.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and other office programs
