Le responsable des RH et de l'acquisition des talents aura des responsabilités à la fois administratives et stratégiques, nous aidant à planifier et à administrer des fonctions importantes, telles que le recrutement, les entretiens, la formation et le développement, la constitution d'équipes, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux. Ce poste unique est divisé en deux composantes : 1) RH 2) Acquisition de talents.
RH
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des procédures et des politiques en matière de personnel, fournir des orientations et des interprétations pour les opérations commerciales.
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre des événements et des initiatives de renforcement de l'esprit d'équipe pour les employés.
- Élaborer des objectifs et des systèmes de ressources humaines, y compris des mesures, des requêtes et des rapports standard pour les besoins permanents de l'entreprise.
- Administrer les programmes d'avantages sociaux, de rémunération et de performance des employés.
- Proposer de nouvelles procédures et politiques afin d'améliorer continuellement l'efficacité du service des ressources humaines et de l'organisation dans son ensemble, et d'améliorer l'expérience des employés.
- Veiller à la conformité juridique des réglementations provinciales et fédérales en matière de ressources humaines et des lois applicables en matière d'emploi, et mettre à jour les politiques et/ou les procédures en fonction des besoins.
- Communiquer les objectifs culturels de l'entreprise par le biais de communications internes, de réunions du personnel et d'entretiens individuels.
- Préparer les documents, planifier et faciliter le processus d'intégration des nouveaux employés, en coordonnant avec les départements interfonctionnels afin d'offrir une expérience exceptionnelle dès le premier jour.
- gérer toutes les tâches administratives liées à l'intégration, à l'orientation des nouveaux employés et aux entretiens de fin d'emploi, y compris la saisie des données dans les systèmes d'information des ressources humaines et la vérification de l'exactitude et de la conformité des données
- fournir un service de conseil en ressources humaines efficace et dévoué aux employés en ce qui concerne les questions d'absence et de santé, de conduite et de capacité, de griefs, de changements organisationnels et toutes les autres questions relatives aux relations avec les employés
- participer à la communication, à l'interprétation et à la mise à jour du manuel de l'employé, de l'annuaire de l'employé et de l'organigramme, et contribuer à l'élaboration des politiques
Acquisition de talents
- Prendre en charge l'intégralité du processus de recrutement : réunions d'accueil avec les responsables du recrutement, préparation des offres d'emploi, évaluation des CV, recherche active, présélection des candidats, conduite des entretiens et présentation des offres d'emploi (rôles techniques et non techniques).
- Travailler avec nos recruteurs externes pour la présélection des candidats.
- Rechercher des candidats par l'intermédiaire de LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed et de nombreuses autres plateformes.
- Coordonner les tests
- Présenter des stratégies de recrutement, d'image de marque et d'initiatives de réseautage.
- Organiser et participer à des salons de l'emploi et à des événements de réseautage
- Communiquer et mettre en place l'intégration des candidats
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies d'attraction des talents
- Rechercher des candidats à l'aide de divers outils et canaux de communication
Compétences et qualifications
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de RH dans une société de conseil (de préférence)
- Licence en RH, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe
- Certificats CRHA/CHRP un atout
- Une formation ou une expérience supplémentaire en RH est un atout
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles, à l'éthique et à la sensibilisation culturelle.
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Débrouillardise, aptitude à résoudre les problèmes et connaissance approfondie des procédures et des politiques en matière de ressources humaines
- Connaissance avancée de MS Office, des systèmes SIRH et facilité à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes techniques selon les besoins.

HR & Talent Acquisition Lead
Job Description
At Solutions Metrix, human resources (HR) is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful lead of HR & Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The HR & Talent Acquisition Lead will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as recruitment, interviewing, training and development, and team-building, compensation and benefits. At Solutions Metrix we understand that our business thrives when our personnel thrive, and that starts by hiring the right HR leader. This role has the potential to eventually turn into a Director level position as the company continues to scale.
This unique position is split up into 2 components: 1) HR 2) Talent Acquisition.
HR
- Developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Plans and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees.
- Development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
- Administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
- Ensure legal compliance of HR province and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
- Communicates the company’s culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruitment process: intake meetings with hiring managers, preparing job postings, evaluating resumes, active sourcing, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting job offers (Technical and non-Technical roles)
- Work with our third-party external recruiters in the screening of candidates
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and multiple other platforms.
- Coordinate testing
- Present strategies for recruitment, branding and networking initiatives
- Organize and attend career fairs and networking events
- Communicate and set-up candidate onboarding
- Participate in the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies
- Sourcing candidates through various tools and communication channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts)
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR position in a consulting company (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- CRHA/CHRP certificates an asset
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Hybrid working schedule
