Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Product Operations Specialist, you partner closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to support the management of the Go-to-Market (GTM) process, with a specific focus on our Inline Product Calendar. You also help to identify process improvements to maximize efficiency and enable the team to achieve business targets.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Product Operations team optimizes the intersection of product, supporting through cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication, and processes around the product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

If you were a Product Operations Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Managing the seasonal GTM calendar to ensure all deliverables are on time, and that any risks or changes are communicated to all impacted teams
  • Highlighting and communicating cross-departmental process impacts and evolutions to the GTM stakeholders
  • Building close relationships with business teams and supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting the analysis of current business processes and collaborating with users to identify process improvement, new processes, and areas to help maximize efficiency
  • Documenting cross-functional processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintaining Smartsheet, user guides, online help tools and other system and procedure-related documentation as needed
  • Supporting the scheduling of meetings, stage gates and organizing events
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings and insights related to product operations
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas and insights to maximize operational efficiency
  • Capturing meeting notes and follow-up items with the involved teams
  • Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain
  • Adapting seamlessly to the evolving business landscape, continually learning and staying agile
  • Playing an active role in the implementation of best practices aligned with the directive of the Product Operations team and championing change management communications

Are you our next Product Operations Specialist?

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in an operational role (project coordination, product operations, product management, etc.)
  • You have experience supporting a calendar and using a project management tool
