Ce que vous ferez :

- Offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair au sein d’un environnement agréable et dynamique;


- Prendre des mesures, ajuster, adapter, réparer et distribuer des paires de lunettes, des lentilles de contact et des lunettes spécialisées;


- Être responsable du département lorsque le gérant n’est pas disponible;


- Aider les clients en ce qui a trait aux directives provinciales sur les opticiens dans votre province;


- Commander et réceptionner les produits.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

- Détenir un permis provincial au sein de la juridiction et au moins un an d’expérience en optique;


- Expérience en gestion, un atout;


- Connaissance de Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook;


- Personne très bien organisée, soucieuse des détails et capable de bien gérer son temps;


- Savoir communiquer avec enthousiasme et de façon concise dans le but de surpasser les attentes du client.
