Job Description

JOB FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understands the business opportunities
  • Works with Internal IT customers to understand enterprise business objectives

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience with Business Analysis or Solutions Consulting required. Analytical person who will support delivery of IT projects, defining and writing requirements and specifications across Enterprise Corporate systems project portfolios, deliver organizational performance metrics, manage documentation and build/create presentations and training materials
  • Supporting business partners to develop roadmaps and business cases
  • Experience in Financial services lending industry
  • Hands on project development with Agile Methods
  • Competent at working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in providing direction and assessing results
  • Ability to understand strategy and align tactical and strategic work in a well balanced way
  • Makes complex, extensive material clear and engaging
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft applications; PowerPoint expertise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
