Our client, an Oil & Gas company, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to work a 1-year contract. This role is 7 on 7 off, FIFO and will move across 3 Oilsands sites.

Job duties

  • Responsible for completing the daily inventory run to purchase requisitions for re-stock and work order requirements.
  • Responsible for source materials for inventory, maintenance and operations utilizing the RFQ process in SAP
  • Review and process quotes received from suppliers, including price, delivery, Inco terms, and material verification.
  • Support the “hot seat” procurement through co-management of a shared procurement email inbox.
  • Work with planners and other site personnel to gather additional information about requests, as required
  • Expedite orders needed in a more timely fashion or that are past due.
  • Accountable for company visions, values, and business strategies
  • Accountable for adherence to the SCM policies


Requirements

  • SAP experience is desired and preferred
