  • Enable a Fluid Ul-responsive mobile interface for improved accessibility.

  • Integrate with OCAS and internal student information systems.
  • Ensure scalability and future readiness of the application system.

Enhance Student Experience/Streamline OTR Processes

  • Configure and optimize PS 9.2 Campus Student Self-Service, Admissions, Student Records, Student Accounts and Academic Advisement functionalities to enhance the student experience and streamline OTR processes.
  • Optimize student record and registration workflows to increase efficiency in admissions, advisement, and registration processing and enhance scheduling functionalities.
  • Implement strategic enhancements to the PeopleSoft 9.2 Campus system, ensuring long
  • Student Account Process Optimization:
  • Streamline tuition and fee calculation, ensuring accurate assessment based on institutional policies and enrolment changes.
  • Enhance payment processing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy for online and in- person transactions.
  • Optimize sponsorship and third-party billing processes, automating invoicing and reconciliation functions.
