Job Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our store team to success and providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
  2. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
  3. Drive sales by setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  4. Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Implement company policies and procedures to uphold store standards and compliance.
  7. Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  9. Monitor financial transactions, prepare reports on sales performance, and manage budgets effectively.

Skills:

  1. Previous experience in a retail environment with a focus on sales and customer service.
  2. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  3. Proficiency in retail management practices including inventory control and merchandising.
  4. Ability to supervise and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
  5. Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating discounts, and managing budgets.
  6. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
